As the 20th Century comes to an end, it leaves us its heritage of tastes and flavours which were created long before the 19th Century. Since 1852, Nivon's has always had its premises on Valence's Station Avenue (Avenue de la Gare) in France's Drôme region.We sell regional specialities, pâtisseries such as "Pognes", "Suisses" and "Saint Genix" which are kinds of brioche or shortbread. Agreable or even curious, these names conceal such flavours as orange blossom and lemon essences which transport you to the heart of Provence.
